Just a quick comment.
I've played this map quite a bit. There is only one way to reliably build Stonehenge as England (almost every Civ spawn location has stone nearby). If the Dublin city-state is in the game, they have the bonus in the capitol to production of buildings, districts and wonders) you can discover them by either parking your scout near the western coast and hoping one of their units wanders by, or embark a worker to see if Dublin is indeed there.
