Error reading CD

My Civ 2 Gold cd has an error on it.
Due to that error i cant install the game.
I have tried to copy the files to a location on my harddrive.
This all goes well but there is one file i can't copy.
Could some of you please post that file or e-mail it to me ??
The file is : setup.dll
