ESPIONAGE: confused!

Ok, so I have established embasies with everyone. I have espionage. I'm in 1970's, yet I have NO clue how all that spy stuff works -- I can't build any spies, I can't doubleclick on any cities other than my own.... HELP! I have no clue how things work.

Explain please...

Did you build the intelligence agency? I think that's what its called at least..

Figuring how to use spies took me awhile too. Here's what you do:

1) Right click on your capitol and select "Perform Espionage" (or something like that, don't quite remember). This will let you put embassies in other countries' captials.

2) You need to now build a Intelligence Agency. Right click on the city you built it in and select "Perform Espionage". This will let you put spies in other players' cities (if they find out you're putting spies in their captial, they might delcare war).

3) Right click on the OTHER players captial and select "Perform Espionage." This will let you perform covert activities. Remember, you don't need a spy to steal technologies, just an embassy. To spread propoganda, poison water supplies, and other fun stuff, you'll need a spy.
