Not asking for new spy options, more of an interface/convenience option.
Basically, a right-click command or something similar when the cursor is over another civ's city that allows you to go to the espionage screen with that civ and that particular city chosen as an option already. Or better yet, a right-click menu that shows all possible spy mission types and when selected, takes you to the espionage screen where you can confirm or change the options and then go to it. Would save tons of time.
