Europe maps?

I'm new to the whole modding thing.

I was just wondering, are there any great European maps that stick out in your mind, you know, like the napoleanic Europe from CIV III? Ones that have realistic starting positions so you start your french settler right over where Paris is...or whatever.

Do you guys no of any of those?

Thanks very much...also if you do know, could you please explain to me how I download it onto my copy of Civ IV?
