Exciting mod for cIV needs help

Hello, I'm currently laying out the blueprints for a cIV mod which will feature:

-2 New leaders, fully 3d animated (Atleast 2, possibly more depending on the time I have)

-A new system similar to culture called Exploratory Recognition which will increase the use of scouts and explorers. Explorers will also be upgradable one more time later on in the game.
Will influence diplomacy

-Atleast 1 New tech

-A new leader trait

-Something very exciting which will add great depth to the game. I will explain this in detail if you are interested in helping me create a small team to complete this mod.

I do graphics myself, both 2d and 3d. I can use any help on graphics but more importantly on coding. I've read through all the Python stuff and I'm familiar with XML but have yet to try tweaking with cIV. I could use people that can do animation aswell as people with an affinity for history and culture (Don't we all?). Last on the list but certainly not unimportant is someone that can create quality music. I've gotten my hands on some original Dogon music which is one of the races I'm adding (Secondary Malinese force) which might need some spicing up.

Will texture this character soon, the name of the avi reveals the first tribe, the Dogon from Mali/Burkina Faso.
