Expansion Factions Help

Hey guys,

I have been looking round the forum to try and find out how I enable the expansion factions and despite following the tips, I just cannot get them to appear in the menu.

I go to custom game, select Expansion era, change options back and forth, mess around with the difficulty ratings and world size, and it STILL doesn't show them up.

I have even played through as another faction and waited for the option to take over one of the new ones when they arise, but I never get the option.

Can someone please help me figure out why I can't do this, as I REALLY want to play one of the expanded factions.

Wow...

I have no idea if this forum is magical or something, but I loaded up the mod after I posted and the options were just there!

I have no idea. It's probably cos I am a giant noob.
