Exploit - Rushed buildings take no tools.

If you open the village and rush the building by clicking the $ sign and paying the gold, then you do not lose the tools normally required to build the building. This also works even if the colony has zero tools in stock, and only a couple of turns left until the building is completed.

I have not tested enough to say if it's every single building or just some, nor have I tested to see if it works for ships and cannons.

Will test further and report back in the next couple of days.

Counted in the rush buy cost, is the cost of buying the tools and lumber from Europe at a premium (transport costs added).

That's why tools don't get used up.

If you throw a tool or lumber party, you can't rush buy anymore.
