Exporting sprites?

Did anyone ever manage to make a FLICster-like program to export the Test of Time sprites?

Well, I don't know FLICster, but I made a program that can export/import ToT sprites. It's rather limited for creating new animations, but if you just want to export the images to use them somewhere else it'll do just fine.

Flicster is a similar program for civ 3.
