Why is a random coast square producing an extra commerce? (Sumeria, monarchy)

It's next to a river, funnily enough

Not sure if it is a coincidence....The river touches the coast square, but it is not its delta. It may be related.

It's slightly unusual geography, but the river does actually run NW to the "coastal" corner of that Grassland tile, before turning back "inland" to cross the peninsula to the delta on the NE side. So yes, since the Coastal tile is adjacent to the river, that is definitely where the +1 commerce is coming from.
