Is there any way to recruit a founding father that's already offered to join if you rejected him the first time? I saved up a lot of political points before I realized that I had passed on the one I wanted by mistake. I tried looking in the FF menu, but I could find no option to recruit a FF even when I had enough points...
If I missed the pop up the first time, am I simply out of luck?
