How do I upload a mod file

Click on download is the main toolbar, then click on add file.

i got to that part but when i hit browse files i dont know where to go

oh, ok.
first, have your mod folder that you've created compressed into a .zip, .rar., etc
then when you choose add file, then browse, just select the compressed ile off of your desktop.
