I got it with 100 wonders and finishing a path on deity antiquity. I am playing as Xerves. Did Persia first and did very well. Frankin of Greece got wiped out and I took one city from Ada to secure the win. This also gave the the economic victory so that was good too. I was friendly with Isabella the whole time and allied. Now I am Mongolia in Exploration and once Ada is done which should be fairly quick I will unfortunately need to turn my eyes on Isabella. She controls quite a bit of the continent.
