Finding it hard to find 1v1 matchups

Most people prefer to play FFAs or team games. Those are a lot of fun, but they have their downsides. Namely, the games are extremely random because allocation of resources, city state influences, and general happenstances like which players get ruins and natural wonders makes every game unpredictable. Also, the more people that play, the greater likelihood someone is going to dc and ruin it for everybody. I like the idea of playing balanced, predictable matchups where two players can match their wits. I t

skirmish
4 city states
small map
hybrid turns
All victory conditions
standard turn timer
No barbarians
no start bias
quick combat

Its BNW+gk+DLCs

I can be pretty flexible on some of these settings.
