Finished production popup does not show all options

When my city finishes production not all available options to build/train appear on the popup. All of them are available when I enter the city however. I'm new to C2C so I don't know if it was like that always (for example thanks to enormous amount of available buildings).

It was recently changed for performance reasons, took too much time to create the pop up in mature games.

Ah, I understand. I noticed some of my options do not show up, but I blamed the vast requirements system (that maybe I did not have a prerequisite thing or something like that).
