Fire Tuner and Open Borders

Since I'm stuck with infamous permanent Open Border status with one of the civs, I'm curious if it is possible to get out of that state using Fire Tuner that comes with Civ5 SDK.

Any ideas?

Declare war on them in the firetuner.

Sure it works?

Since regular declare war doesn't: troops don't get expelled on war, plus after peace is made there are still open borders active.

Update: declaring war to other nation through Fire Tuner didn't to anything to cancel unending Open Borders treaty. Just like manual declaration of war.

Update2: I've given up. Started new game now. Will never open my borders again, until it's confirmed that issue is fixed in future patch.

Still, if actually someone finds a way how to cancel open borders with fire tuner, please post here. Maybe it will help someone.
