Neat idea - I think it'd look cool, but like BiggBoy said, there is a bit of a problem. Would work nicely with custom civs though

Though it is still a tradition for the old colours, I still am looking for the white Russians and the green Japanese... How I miss them.

Hell it would be better than the current colours...

If you like the Russians in white, then just go into the editor and MAKE them white.
