Floodplains

Has anyone figured out how to put a farm on the new floodplain types? There are entries in the text files that would seem to do this, but apparently they don't work. I haven't been able to find any info on this.

@WesW hi I sent you a message regarding how to install your medmod4 for call to power 1. Please help, I have been trying to get a hold of you for over a year now. I also posted it on wcw we play civ forum and apolyton forum in the call to power 1 section.
