i've noticed that the dutch are a very forgiving people, i'll bomb thier towns until they shoot back and they'll still let me in! And in the off chance they won't and I sack the town they don't care if I give it to someone else.
(note I have all dutch ranks, french and english as well but that parts just bragging(I even have 3 spanish rank depsite the fact that i've sacked their cities about 40 times
