Have a fellow modder who is doing some compiling, the problem is some times the extended ascii shows up on his system and is interpeted by his computer as hebrew (he is in isreal so it has to do with the windows ascii conversion set) I assume russian folks have this issue as well with crylic. I looked through codeblocks (the compiler) and I could not find anything to force UTF-8 or actualy would it be to disable utf-8... wow I know so little about foreign character sets.
