Free color pick

Me and some others avoid playing certain civs because of their colors. For example, I would like to play Germany with green and white colors, not mustard and ketchup orange and red or dull grey..

So my suggestion is optional free color picks upon starting any game.

I think you can just play a MP game with just you and AI's so you can choose from all available colour stiles for your Civ.

That only lets you choose between the four jerseys for that Civ, which are often similar (and you can do that in single player, too). It would be nice if you could choose colors freely.
