it got there since boats are built in the city and you have to move them out. If there was a lake next to the city, you can move a ship there.

But the ship was from a different civ than the city... I have to find the save and post a screenshot.

how did ur combat odds end up at 100%? what if the spearman stuck his spear in the treads, causing the tank's motor to burn out? and then some crazy/brave guy jumps on top of the tank and opens up the hatch and chucks his spear in? Or the tank could sink in the river.

That tank is his. The 100% combat odds are in favaour of the tank

Well, it was what the game said. Maybe the odds is 99.999% which rounded up to 100%. I know everthing can happen. Only the odds of your scenario is very very low. BTW, the health is still full which means it`s hard for the scenario to happen. Hmmm..... fortunately, at last the armor won!

I think that they built the Wall in that city, which at the time wasn't connected culturally to the rest of the civ, as no other place had a wall surrounding it.
