Future techs mod

Just bumping to check on the progress and if I can provide any further assistance. Tholish... I can add descriptions for each technology if you wish.

As for making future techs more expensive than modern ones, one would have to go back and make all earlier techs cheaper and slow down tech progress generally, because by the modern era you are up against a one thousand beaker limit.

What is this 1000 beaker limit you are talking about? I know you are not talking about tech cost because some techs already cost more than 1000.

I noticed the technology called future tech_1 is the most expensive of all technologies. Tholish... can you provide more details about the beaker limit ?

Od1n3oo3Broad: you can play a custom game and do a future start to test it. Also why not upload your mod so WE can playtest it. It sounds like what some people are looking for.

As for the 1000 beaker limit...well, uh...I was wrong. That was civ3. I assumed it was still in place. Sounded authoritative though didn't I? Solution to it and everything.

I have only skim-read the big posts, but is there going to be new buildings?

i can model using lightwave, (if you need any help); but i dont know how it can be converted to 3d max files (unless someone knows a plugin for it)

Im not sure how animation works though...

I tryed playing from future era.
Nearly impassable to research the first tech.
An advice to evryone that want to playtest this:
Start from ancient era.
Let it take some time!
