Managed a decent but not very optimized turn 112 win. As there's no way around having to get Astronomy there's no need to be super aggressive early. I went Philosophy->Construction->Astronomy->Navigation->Machinery basically. Had 10 Galleases ready to be upgraded to Frigates and spread them out to take people out. Unfortunately one player had an inland capital and I dodn't prioritize embarking an army there hard enough, costing me ~10 turns or so.
