There is something strange about your video card, or at least the way it is being listed. The card listed is a very low end card, but yet the memory configuration does not add up. Some more info may be helpful: Is this the first time you have not made it past 429? Have you just installed something new that may have changed a dynamic?
It may be that your video card has malfunctioned or has the wrong driver installed. If it is truly a GT 520, it may not be enough to play the game.
