Game looks weird after updating graphics card drivers

After installing the latest version of Nvidia Display Driver (331.82) I noticed my Civ 5 looks... different. Not sure if this is some kind of a feature but all units, improvements and pretty much every 3D object on the map has shadows all over it and looks very dark:



So far my game has looked like this:



Is this normal? Settings on both screenshots are DirectX 10&11, everything High.
