There is a quite thorough game encyclopedia, and everything has detailed tooltips. In game guide/tutorials are also in the work (probable release next week).
tooltips are recursive too and that's one of the excellent UI innovations in there. Bit lacking in online/wikipedia/written guides at the moment.

Best source of info if you want details without buying the game yet is probably watching streams, preferably live so you can ask questions. The OW discord community is also great.

Thanks for the reply, no i got the game yesterday maybe i should take a look at the encyclopedia a bit more until some more guides come out.
