Game question to the version

Hello Guys,

I am new to the forum. I have aCiv3 Gold Edition 1.27 and was wonderering if anyone has the same version and could let me know if I have the Conquest Mode?
I play the world, it comes with some senarios and different maps, but I have not been able to find the conquest mode e.g. Civs like the Dutch etc. within my game.
I have two CD-roms but it only requiers CD 1 to play? Should I, or have I to install something from the second CD?
Please, if someone could give me a tip or hint?

Gold did not come with C3C, you need Complete to have it included. You can get C3C and install it on top of the Gold version and then have all three version.

Gold was a total rip as PTW comes with C3C anyway.
