[GS] Game starting in Windowed mode (PC)

I tried to google and search on the these forums for a fix, nothing.

I tried going into the app options txt file to change this line to:
;0 : windowed, 1 : fullscreen, 2 : windowed with no title bar
FullScreen 0

Anyone have any solutions on this?

No one has any experience with the game auto loading in a quarter of the size of the monitor screen? My monitor is set to 3840x2160. The game loads up in 3840x2160 borderless window.

On my Mac, on the boot up screen when I first click run in Steam I changed from using Metal to OpenGL.

don’t know if this is relevant or applicable. Hope it helps at least getting you in the right direction.
