Game text info problem

After I updated to 3.17, on the diploma screen I see TXT_KEY_WORST_ENEMY_OF?
Also the NO_ESPIONAGE_OPTION at the start.
is there any files that I missed? and where is the worst_enemy text? I can't find it. please help

On my system I found TXT_KEY_WORST_ENEMY_OF in Beyond the Sword\Assets\XML\CIV4GameText_BTS_FourthRoundTranslation.xml.
