Gas Resource

Hi!
Can anyone create the Gas Resource? It can be used by modders for conversion into fuel for modern units.

A good idea, though I`d use it for powering cities, most units today use oil. There could be some sort of "gas power plant", a cheap one using this resource somewhere between factory and nuclear plant.
