Sorry if this has been asked before. But do you receive this bonus for each AI who sets up a route to you, as well as the routes you set up? If so what's the incentive for AIs to trade with you rather than each other? Also, does the culture go to the city with the trade route or is it global?

I don't think the AI considers the value that the destination player gets at all and are simply trying to max out their own gold and/or science. So that +2 to the trade route owner going to Morocco is going to give the AI a minor incentive to send trade routes there. (Unlike the human who would notice that Morocco would receive a bigger benefit)
