Gathering storm- annoying Oil trade bug

When trading AI gives a lot of gold for 2 oil and much less for any other number of oil.
So player is forced to sell all the oil in stacks of two.
2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2...ect.

Yes, this is present in the release version - and not restricted to oil or tranches of 2. Basically, it works currently "fine" in my save with selling single pieces of coal to an allied civ (Korea) for 10 Gold and 6 GpT. Steps to reproduce:

1. Offer AI 1 coal and ask what they would give for it
2. AI answer: 1 Gold
3. Replace that AI offer with the default 10 GpT, they find it unacceptable, so ask them to put up a fair deal
4. They come up with said 10 Gold and 6 GpT

I just noticed something similar in my current game I'm playing. I can offer the AI just 1 oil or coal and they'll continue to offer me 5-10gpt and maybe some gold. This feels like way too much to me for 1 singular piece of coal. I can keep doing this until I or the AI runs out of resources/gold.

The AI was willing to sell me 50 oil for 275 gold and then buy it back at 1 oil for 135 gold. Going back and forth, you can fleece the AI of all its oil and all its gold.
