General Knowledge quiz II

What are the only two U.S. states whose shapes are completely rectangular?

More correct: Their borders are bounded by lines of latitude and longitude. Bonus question: There's a third state that's also bounded by lines of latitude and longitude, but it's not rectangular. Which state is this?

Colorado and Wyoming is correct! Your turn!

(I'll wait and see if anyone else manage to nail the bonus question before giving the answer)

The bonus is Utah. Washington is also bounded by a River and the Pacific Ocean, Tennesee by a River and the Appalachians.

Lever, screw, inclined plane, pulley, wheel, wedge.

What is the closest confirmed exoplanet to Earth?

Wedge? That's like way to close to an inclined plane to count,...

I agree, and a screw is only an inclined plane that rotates about an axis. And a wheel and a pulley seem very similar as well.

I'd say there are 3 or 4 but 6 is how they are known.

I asked for the six classical simple machines, and those are they, despite what you nerds may think of Renaissance scientists' work, so quit yer whinin'.

The question is perfectly legitimate. None of my whining is aimed at you. I'm just saying that whoever came up with the list were teh crazies.

I was following Perfections observation, not whinin' but, meh.

I don't know the planet.

It's farther out than Barnard's Star, but not by much.
