I just started using Germany pretty recently. Being that the Germans are industrious by nature, I want to know how to maximize the growth potential and what items i should create early on. If a society is geared around military, do I need to build a huge military before expanding? Do I have to have military units on the frontiers, such as near the English channel and on the Russian border, in order to open up my own space? Does having units this far out affect the population? What is the best government system? How do I keep the citizenry from going into discord early, when I already have temples and stadiums? Anyone else dominated the earth with the Germanic peoples?
