Getting impatient...

Reading all the posts on this site makes me wish my game I ordered from Ebay would hurry and arrive.

I already received the strategy guide by Bruce Shelley from Ebay.

The version I will receive will be the windows version. I will be sick if it does not work on my windows 98 computer.

The seller said the manual was on the disc. Will this be a bit much to print out?

I love Civ1 and Civ3, but especially Civ1 - DOS and Windows - both.

I've always wanted to try Colonization.

Let's hope my game arrives tomorrow.

Hey stwils,

It'll work...it's a little different as far as game play is concerned and you really have to get down and micromanage things. I really liked the game engine and even though it's been overlooked in the gaming world, I would say that Colonization stacks up to Civ any day. But it's a different kind of play that takes a little different approach to master...I spent many nights, grooming my colony for revolt...

Since you have the strategy guide, read up...

I wish I would've had that when I first started playing...
