Makes exploration harder in earlier eras by nerfing healing.

- Units can't heal in neutral teritory (for AI and easier sieges, they can in enemy - they can plunder, but they are not very good in hunting
)
- Medic promotion heals self in addition, but is harder to get (you need Education), same goes for Survivalism (Compass) and Supply (no pedia)
- Pre-Industrial naval units has Scurvy promotion, which damages them outside firendly teritory

- Units can't heal outside friendly teritory
- Medic promotion is harder to get
- Instant heal removed
BUGS etc. (HELP needed):
- embarked units do not have scurvy
- I can't make Project/Technology/Building, obsoleting Scurvy, so I made it for only pre-industrial units
- I made pedia entries for promotions, but if you open xml file, you will see how wrong it is...
Future:
- AI support
- Remove scurvy from galley (maybe - I don't want barbarians lose their ships, but I don't want to give such ships to Ottomans)
- some more goodies from ruins
- cirrcumnavigate bonus
- other, compatibile mini-mods, changing other things - for now, try it with my Longer Games (in addition, I am using Barbarians!, Unoficial Patch, What Would Ghandi Do and a little modified Perfect World)
