GFC Error: failed to initialize main theme

First time I played BtS it worked great, tried it a day later and as it starts it reaches Init Engine and returns a GFC Error: failed initialize main theme. I've added the v3.03 patch and it still gives the error. So I can't even get to any of the errors everyone else experiences. Any thoughts? P.S. running Civ4 or Warlords still works just BtS fails on start-up.
