Gilgamesh even better post patch

Anyone feel that Gilgamesh is even stronger now? The half price city state levy ability seems so much better now that city states get more starting military units and have walls to keep them from getting overrun early. In my current game I took Amani first and levied 4-5 Warriors for 100g. Took a city 10 tiles away from my core without even needing to build any of my own units.

Gilga was always this strong, it’s just that many did not levy.
The AI still attacks CS so they can be quite barren of troops.
