Let's see if there's some interest for a SG with this mod.
A religious victory should have been a part of the main game.
As someone said the original game/idea is lame, so a few additional rules are needed to make it more challenging.
Goal : a religious victory
The civ with the last remaining Holy city wins a religious victory.
At this point some rules are added :
1) human player can never capture a Holy city.
2) human player can't declare war. Exceptions are defensive pacts and AP resolutions.
On the other hand when the AI declares on human player, there's a lot of freedom, but you still can't capture any Holy city.
Another rule will be :
Everything must be done to found a religion.
Now there's a possiblity the human player fails to found a religion.
Some options :
1) human player is allowed to capture 1 Holy city.
2) play the game as a normal game and go for one of the other victories.
Also, try to prevent the AI to win religious.
3) trying to get a Holy city when negotiating peace or via a culture flip.
I don't like the option 1.
Option 3 is the best when failing to found a religion.
Difficulty level : Monarch (maybe Emperor)
Map : standard (7 civs) or large (9 civs)
I think you'll also need Bhruic's patch.
In a try-out game I couldn't found corporations when running Mercantilism.
More specifications when there are enough sign-ups. (5 players)
