Good Mod for Government Variations?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Civ 3 Complete edition mod for adding variations in the types and effects of governments. I like messing around with political stuff

Really, it is an interesting mod and plays very differently from standard C3C. I'm still finding my way with it and not doing so well at that but I plan to get better.
