goodbye cities

Is there anyway I can destroy one of my own cities? I know it sounds barbaric, but there are some that I really don't need, like one out in the middle of nowhere Africa, I get quite randomly.

Build settlers. Everytime you build a settler, you're citysize will shrink with 1. When the city is size one and you build a settler, you get the question to build a settler and disband the city. Take this option and you're city is gone.
