Just for the fun of it, I perused the internet for some links to forms of government. I didn't find too much useful content, but some of these links might prove useful to you.
Government names and their definitions, from "Pornocracy" (rule by harlots) to snobocracy (rule by snobs). These are the funny ones, but all the serious ones are present too. Government List
