Governors

Hello,

I like games that are highly modifiable. So I have downloaded many Civ 6 mods. But I haven't found any mods that introduce new governors or change existing ones. So I'm wondering if this is unmoddable or if modders just have no interest in modding governors.

Can someone shed some light into the darkness?

There's a few mods that change governors, one in the Epsmod series, and another that adds a governor from a rework of the Aztec by Leugi. There is also one mod that makes the governors more like the Social Policies from Civ 5 but that is abandoned (I guess after people were demanding too much of the creator and not understanding anything about modding)
