Just got this one. Isabella just introduced herself to me, and the leaderhead/diplomacy screen is partly hidden behind the main interface. I cannot select any options below the line with the mouse - can use the tab key and enter to cycle through them. See attached screenie.
On EDIT: I tabbed through and selected goodbye - and then clicked on Isabella in the score list to re-open. The diplomacy interface opened properly, i.e. over the main interface so the mouse could be used.

On Re-EDIT: The next turn (1520AD) my research was dropped - I had to re-choose Nationalism - I did not get any new tech, just got the dialogue box suggesting the research path at the start of the turn. I did not lose a turn of research - when I choose Nationalism it had the correct turns left - 6.
I loaded this game from an autosave of that had crashed to desktop the other day - the game ran fine until I met Saladin. Since then it has had all sorts of issues up to and including the crash. Another that stands out is after meeting Saladin, his galley was allowed to sail across my borders, even though we did not have an open border treaty. Autosave is attached...
