Great Holmegaard Hunt

I am not sure if this is posted before, but I am wondering why it is that the Great Holmegaard Hunt NW no longer gives the hunter II promotion? I also noticed that the "hunting instructions" building seems to have disappeard from my cities. (I am in classical era at Athletics atm). But the Master Hunter Tradition is still there.
When I create a hunter unit, in the city with GHH it starts with hunter I promotion but not with hunter II.
This happens since the last release (februari) and it happens on 2 different computers of me (Intel gaming laptop and AMD game PC)
