I was playing a game earlier with a simple mod enabled that added a great work to the game. In the mean time, while I was playing normally, I had this rather odd bug occur. I was building the Great Wall in my capital, but when I finished it, everything in my line of sight was instantly covered by semi-transparent fog of war. The rest of the map was gray, and I could only see the outlines of all of the islands on the map.
So, I reloaded a save from before completing the wall, but the problem was still there. I then restarted the game, but loaded one of my normal saves. The graphical glitch was gone. Afterwards, I loaded up a save from after building the wall on the modded game, which was back to normal.
Anyone have any ideas as to what could've happened? A screenshot is attached.
