I'm noticing that buildings/businesses are for sale.Of course I can't afford anything yet but eventually perhaps I will own something and somehow gain rewards.
There are ALOT more weapons available early.
There are some lighting problems. You get this nasty pinkish glare at certain times and areas.I don't understand why game makers insist on stuff like this.It is a realistic feature I can do without.
WHY can't I manually assign buttons/functions?..there are 4 configs to choose from...why not go that last step and allow full customizing of controls?
Just some minor annoyances though.I don't wanna give anything away, but if you liked GTA3 then you must have this next chapter.
Oh..the targeting is much better.Still gotta watch it abit but you do seem to remain facing the right direction when running about and shooting.
Well it's now one day before release. I thought I would have it now. Gameplay normally send out games and you get them a day early. They failed this time. It had better come tomorrow.
Well I finally got enough mula to buy Hyman Condo. There just happens to be a helicopter(real one,not RC) on the roof.VERY COOL
A little tricky at first but now I am buzzing all over.
The water is beautiful but I can't drive a boat worth a damn.I must or else
Motorcycyles are alot cooler than I thought.Wheelies and jumps are awesome. You can also do "front wheelies" or enders.
Little Havana is a great place for easy cash.Just park and watch the gang wars. Then cruz up and grab all the cash and weapons of the killed
I'll be playing this game for along time. The hidden packages are really hidden and now open up up new vehicles.
I still haven't got my copy. I got an e-mail saying that it was dispatched on wednesday but it still hasn't arrived. It had better come tomorrow or there will be hell to pay. Luckily my cousin got his copy on Friday so I have been playing it most of the weekend. It brilliant. I love those motorcycles. How exactly do you do endo's, I can never manage to do one. VROCK is a very cool station and Lazlow is as funny as ever.
I'll have to have a look up there for it.I'm hoping there will be a Bell 209 chopper in the game.
I really havn't done that much mission wise.I just finished the Autocide phone mission.Having some trouble with Stuntboat.Think I'll get it now that I switch to first person camera angle.Much easier.Couple more run thrus and I'll get it.
And also just finished Fastest Boat.Very easy depending on how you tackle it.Thats what is very appealing about GTA games of late. There are numerous ways to complete missions ..Next "D" mission is supposed to be a toughie
Also got to compete in a Demolition Derby.I won $1000 out of it.Got to be at the stadium for 20:00 for the doors to be open.
Mainly been cruzin around getting familiar with the city, which is HUGE.So many back alleys and other nooks and crannys.Apparently I've allready taken out 381 people in some 30 odd game days ..just a tourist in Florida I am
I think pre-order is one of the worst things you can do.It was the same with Civ3.I had my copy long before the ore-orderers.
Here in Vancouver,it was in stores(VC) on the 1st of Nov
I just read the Australian censors have cleared the game but only with the hookers edited out.Thats kinda too bad as visiting a prostitute can raise your health to 125
well it depends on what you are used to.In the PC version of GTA3 there was one camera angle that is not in VC or slightly changed. My favorite of course
With that angle I am an excellent GTA3 driver.Without it I am so-so VC driver.Luckily, cars are free
Its a little hard to see up ahead without my favorite angle but it is not an unplayable thing or anything.Boats are best driven with the first person perspective, helicopters from far and cars from the second farthest.
btw I could not drive worth a darn in the pc version until I got a game pad/joystick.MUCH easier.Night and day.Course you probably got one those?
