[NFP] Hall of Fame not recording

I have civilization 6 NFP and I have the version 1.2.5(198078). The Hall of Fame quit recording all of my victories and my losses. I've tried looking at the settings and couldn't find a switch or an option to make the Hall of Fame record a victory or a loss. I'm using civilization 6 on the Nintendo Switch.

Anyone having similar troubles? Mine keeps "forgetting" my wins, it's ridiculous now, I should have wins with nearly half the leaders by now, but it's only showing 7.

I've had the problem on PS4 ever since they game came out. It saves my games in the HoF for a while but eventually they are deleted. No idea how long they are kept around but it's been a constant issue.

Thats exactly my situation on the Switch. I've reported it, but 2K are stonewalling me about it.
