Hall of Fame - Parsing

Has anyone had success extracting Civ5 Hall of Fame data? I'd like to be able to extract the HoF data and manipulate it.

But I can't find the file where the data is kept. I've been looking for files in the following places:

• <Program_Files>)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v
• <My Documents>\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5

I searched the modding guide and did some forum searching, but I came up empty. Any help is much appreciated!

The hall of fame data is an SQLite database which should be located at <My Documents>\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Replays\HallOfFameDatabase.db For viewing and/or manual manipulation, use an SQLite utility such as the SQLite Manager Firefox addon.
